Description: What's up, gang? Now that the weather has warmed up a bit, I finally got out on my backyard pull-up bar and decided to try something new and different. I came up with this fun pullupchallenge that rotates through pull ups, chin ups and commando pull ups, and I figured it would be great to share the challenge here on shorts for the calisthenics crowd. Give it a bash and let me know how it goes! How many cycles can you do?
